Notary fees are set by Maryland law and charged per notarial act. Mobile convenience fees are quoted upfront based on location, timing, and document type—so you always know what to expect. Have something else in mind? I’m happy to work with you to create a custom packaged quote.

All prices below are for the Mobile Convenience Fee. State notary fees apply separately per notarial act.

Zone 1: Core — Towson / Timonium and nearby (0–10 miles)

Zone 2: Standard — 10–20 miles

Zone 3: Extended — 20–35 miles (and beyond by request)

  • Core: Zone 1 $65–$95

    Standard: Zone 2 $95–$145

    Extended: Zone 3 $145–$225

  • Core: Zone 1 $125–$195

    Standard: Zone 2 $175–$250

    Extended: Zone 3 $250–$350

  • Core: Zone 1 $125–$175

    Standard: Zone 2 $165–$225

    Extended: Zone 3 $225–$325

  • Same-day scan-backs: $25–$50

    Printing (per set): $20–$40 (large packages may be higher)

    Rush / same-day scheduling: +$50–$125

    After-hours (evenings): +$25–$75

    Weekend: +$25–$75

    Holiday: +$75–$150

    Wait time (after 15 minutes): $25 per 15 minutes

    Second trip (if required): Mobile Convenience Fee applies again
